Today’s spotlight page in Archived Posts: Healing and Developing Ourselves

I get hundreds visitors each week revisiting many old posts which are very helpful for Healing and Developing Ourselves, so I thought it would be helpful to share this Archive page.

I have one main Archive page, and since I have so many helpful posts, I have had to split them all into 3 main categories: Mental Health, Healing and Developing Ourselves, and today’s spotlight page Positive thoughts and Affirmations.

On this page I have grouped posts into themes to help you find what you need:

  • Improving our sense of self
  • Building trust in the Universe and our Higher Power
  • Love
  • Happiness and positive lists
  • Gratitude and Peace of Mind
  • Forgiveness: the power it brings to our minds
  • Anger and Anger Management
  • Some thoughts to help you grow into your higher self
  • Making Life Changes
  • Living a Full Life!
  • Relationships with others and ourselves
  • Creativity/ Writing/ Art
  • Wonderful Quotes
  • Fitness and Health
  • Spiritual ShiftsWorld Views

  1. Lovely post Ka. It means a lot to me. I have lots of swans out the front, would you like me to ask them to do a fly by for you? Maybe drop in and give you their lovely calls to each other. I hear them at night in the silence, a lovely sound that brings a beautiful peace inside 😀❤️🙏

    1. Oops, wipe this comment Tamara. I made a comment to you and copied it (because I have so much trouble getting comments to go through), and I haven’t copied it properly and I still had my last comment copied to Ka. Now I’ve lost my original 😀❤️🙏

          1. Thanks so much Mark! I was inspired a while ago by readers who said they kept multiple tabs open with my posts so they could keep referring back to what they were trying to work on.
