When I was still struggling with anxiety and depression I found it hard to read some of these, let alone be able to relate to them. They made me feel too uncomfortable, because I thought they just didn’t speak to my life, not would they ever be able to represent my inner thoughts about myself.

As I worked on my inner healing, I was able to slowly be able to feel more and more connected with Dr. Wayne Dyer’s words. I realized that was huge! It meant there was an internal shift happening!

Affirmations and inspirational quotes can become a key component to our inner healing if we allow them to help with our inner transformations!
