Fall in love with taking care of yourself

“Fall in love with taking care of yourself.
Fall in love with the path of healing.
Fall in love with becoming the best version of yourself but with patience, with compassion and respect to your own journey.” – S. McNutt

Taking care of ourselves, loving our healing path, and falling in love with becoming the best version of ourselves is vitally important to our mental health and our feelings of satisfaction with life.

Doing all of these things doesn’t necessarily come naturally to us, it must be developed.

First we make the decision, then we keep mindfully putting it into practice, over and over.

It’s normal to fall down, it’s normal to not feel like doing what we need to for our best interests.

What may not feel normal is to keep trying, to keep getting up.

You are deeply loved by the universe and by God, who want to help you become your best self!

Blessings,
Tamara
