While these past 2 years have been very difficult, there have been some wonderful moments haven’t there!
Even during very dark times, we can find positive moments if we look for them.
I have found that if we focus on the negative, we tend to see mostly negative things, while when we look for the positive, we see that too!
Both exist simultaneously in our lives. They always have and always will. That’s the paradox of life.
I’m not saying this to depress you, only to bring you encouragement.
When I started to focus on choosing positive thoughts I started to change my life. Here’s some more reading if you care to find out how to do it for yourself:
- Making a change… “How do I take that first step?”
- An answer to dealing with the Inner Critic!
- “What if it really were up to me? Could I do it?”
- Do you need permission to start your dream activity?
- Please watch your step: Your future starts here!
- Teaching ourselves to like, even to love ourselves is the best gift we can give ourselves!
- Baby steps serve a purpose to allow us to keep moving forward!
- Affirmation: Today is a new day! I can do this!
- Always believe that wonderful things can happen!
- Things are being worked out for the best!
- By changing our inner dialogue, we change EVERYTHING!
- Even after a setback or negative experience, we can create a “reset” button in our minds!
- Reach out and talk about it! Don’t suffer in silence!
- Just do your best with what you have, at this time!
- Is depression a lack of faith? What happens when it is treated as such?
- A Door or a Hole. Which do you choose?
- Gratefulness brings Abundance!
