“The myth of happiness being effortless, and a by-product of having everything one could desire has become so hard-wired into our collective minds that we expect it!
When it doesn’t automatically just happen, people feel like they’re the exception to the rule, they’re the only one to fail when others have seemingly achieved it.
This is a myth!
Just knowing that the happiness myth has been fabricated and knowing that many people have gotten rich off of it, doesn’t mean that being truly happy is out of our reach!
It just means that what we’ve been told about it isn’t true!

Apart from the myth of things outside of ourselves leading to happiness, we’ve also been told that we will find happiness inside of ourselves.
What happens when we set out to find that inner happiness, but it isn’t to be found, or we only feel it for fleeting moments?
Many people get trapped into a seemingly endless cycle of being unhappy, then putting on an outward show of being happy, because they don’t want to be seen as having failed at something that’s ‘supposed’ to happen effortlessly, as a by-product of buying/owning all the right stuff, or just being able to find it inside, so people suffer in silence!
Is it possible for even the most unhappy to feel happy?
Yes, I believe inner happiness is possible, and attainable. It will just take a different approach and inner work to reach it, to develop it!
You see, the most unhappy people have inner barriers which prevent them from feeling and believing that happiness is even possible for them!
It’s a result from the damage their spirit has endured and accumulated from losses, hardships, traumas, and painful life events.
I’ll speak about the steps we need to do in order to clear out those old damaging messages which have strangled many people’s spirits!
We each have the capacity to do it, even if it doesn’t feel that way at this moment!
When happiness is developed, or cultivated inside of us, we find it’s authentic, real and re-attainable after we have a bad day or event! Developing happiness entails stepping off the well-worn path and into new territory… let’s look at the first steps!”
