Peace.
Attainable from within.
Still the mind.
Still the doubts.
Still the worries.
How?
Make peace with your fears by loving yourself, calm yourself by giving yourself much reassurance that you are very loved by the universe.
Be still and listen to the calm inner voice which whispers lovingly to your spirit. If we come from abuse or terrible hardships it may be difficult to hear this inner voice because the outward struggles have drowned it out, deafening our ears to hear it.
You can have peace by listening to the love your spirit wants you to know is yours to claim, instead of listening to the doubts cast by your abusers.
