Piglet was comforted by this. – Winnie the Pooh

Flipping the script; thinking about positive outcomes instead of negative. This is a skill we don’t often possess, nor use often enough!

Worrying about possibilities that may never happen robs us of our energy, makes us feel anxious and gets us very stressed out.

There are so many uncertainties these days for so many of us.

It’s difficult to feel positive about everything, and it’s perfectly normal to have worrisome thoughts.

It’s when the thoughts start to consume us, eat us up, make us into nervous wrecks, that we really need to work on de-stressing our minds.

I remind myself that the universe loves me and has always worked everything out, even when I’ve lived with difficult situations long-term.

I didn’t used to have the belief that I was a cared for part of the universe, my thoughts actually ran dark about myself… until I learned that the very nature of God and the universe is Love!

Even when difficulties I was experiencing were clearly my own fault, looking back I can see that my life was steered towards better things. It sometimes required a lot of patience, and many times I just didn’t have enough of it so I suffered with despair.

My suffering through the difficult times would have been lessened pretty dramatically if I had known that I was (and we all are) deeply cared for and loved!

I felt stricken in my heart because I was sure I wasn’t, and that I was abandoned.

In my negative state of mind, I may have unknowingly have overlooked opportunities which in fact were there, but my grief, stress and pain blinded me to them.

Even now, going through these very uncertain times, I need to keep reminding myself that everything is going to work out.

As long as I keep doing everything that I’m supposed to be doing, the universe is going to help me.

That’s the same for each of us!

Do all that you can, keep showing up, finish the tasks you need to… the universe loves each of us and is working things out on our behalf!

Keep doing you, you’re awesome! You are loved and cherished, and the universe is working the things out for you that you could not do for yourself!

  1. I love the Pooh Piglet conversation – it so preciously simple and thoughtful. Only through the most difficult times have I learned that each one of us is supported in the utmost possible way. We only need to show up and do our part, I agree with you.
