
“Be love, Be light!”
Just do your best with what you have, at this time!
You don’t need to be perfect!
When we stop negatively judging ourselves, we have much more available energy to see all the positives going on around us!
When we tune into seeing, feeling, and responding to the positives, we are more likely to be able to send that outwards, to our spouses, our friends, our family, our colleagues, and people in our communities!
This helps to create a positive cycle, where we want to repeat the behavior and thought patterns because we feel better and better!
Interestingly, this is a positive cycle we ourselves can set into motion!
Even after a setback or negative experience, we can create a “reset” button in our minds, which we can return to, over and over again!
This gives us back the control so many of us crave to have in our lives!

There are days when this can feel so simple and easy, and then there are days that this reminder is so profoundly needed…we often forget to be the love and light that we are, imbibing other energies around. Reset is a necessary feature 🙂

Reset is a superb feature! I wasn’t aware of being able to do it before and would just be hard on myself for “failing”. This reset idea helped to remove that negative self talk as I knew I could just get back up again!

Just today I realized that I made myself so wrong for feeling anger towards someone. So now I felt even more miserable. The minute I decided it is ok for me to be angry as a human, I could move on and find my reset. We just need to give ourselves permission to feel what we feel and remind that we don’t need to be stuck there. Be the Love and Light and move on 🙂

Oooh! I like that! Funny how we can be socialized or bullied into not feeling it’s okay to have our feelings! So good when we give ourselves permission to feel our normal, human feelings!
