Imagine that today you are able to handle everything that comes your way, because you feel very strong and capable!
It’s amazing how when we perceive ourselves in a positive light, people pick up on it and also tend to treat us positively! (Of course, there’s always the trolls and the Karens who try to try to ruin someone else’s day, but of course, we know that it’s coming from their own inner world and doesn’t necessarily reflect our truth!)
Try to practice this a few times a week and see what kind of a difference this will make in your week!
