
Change our perspective, change our lives!!
How we feel inside definitely affects what and how we see things!
Feel negative, and we see mostly negative things about ourselves, feel positive and we we more positives around us!!
Did you know we can teach ourselves to feel more positive? It’s true!
Struggling to believe this? I understand! I’ve walked those difficult and lonely inner rooms!
How did I change my perspective? Mindfully!
I definitely wasn’t in the frame of mind to do so when I started, the total opposite actually, I was hanging on by a thread!
So how did I do it?
I started by hanging onto the words of inspirational quotes which spoke to me. That became my lifeline!
As I slowly started to feel more positive, I was able to read stronger quotes which helped me see myself and life differently!
