Imagination and dreaming are the first steps to creating a plan an putting it into action!
We can be limitless!
When I was a kid my mother would tell me to get my head out of the clouds and stop dreaming “pie in the sky” ideas. Did she affect me negatively? Yes, for a while. Then I decided to quietly just go ahead and do some of what I wanted to do.
Now, years later, I’ve accomplished more and than I dreamed of when she tried to realign my concept of reality.
After spending a few years working on my negative inner messages I had accepted as truth, yet, as I discovered, actually weren’t, I set new goals for myself. Did old messages try to resurface in my mind and take over my heart? Yes they did. It took more work to face them, and realign my thoughts with the new messages.
When I feel the old inner doubts, I give myself positive affirmations and remind myself of what I have accomplished. This helps to calm any panic attack or depression before it starts. By reminding myself of what I have accomplished I feel grounded in reality and not in old lies.
What do you dream of doing that others have tried to correct you on?
I suggest that you remind yourself of the things you have accomplished. Look at your end goal and break it down into doable steps and then quietly go about doing it!!
Not everything leads to success, but leads us to our next step.
Remember: the universe has your back because you are a cherished and loved!
