Changing how I present myself!

There’s so many possible choices in how we present ourselves to the world: private life vs. business world; professional vs. informal; very informative vs. brief etc, I’ve tried on a few different approaches in my short years as an author and blogger, starting from my first site to this new one.

Introducing a Resource page for my favorite Articles!

In creating my website http://www.tamarakulish.com, I wanted to migrate over only my best articles from my old site, so as I went through previous ones, I rewrote most of them, adding more meat or making them more current. I also started making a list, and now have organized them by category.

How do you know if you’re in the right place?

Making a big move or even any transition in life can feel daunting!

You’ve known that this change was coming. You’ve researched it. You’ve asked people for advice. You may even have tested it out a little!

Yet, once you jump in with both feet and land in that new place, whatever it may be for you, once there you may feel some little nagging feelings of uncertainty!

How many times has it happened that you’ve been taught to do something a certain way and someone then does it differently and you blurt out “You’re doing it wrong!”

The Power of Positive Words!

You’ve heard that positive thinking affects more than your relationships, ability to achieve your goals, helps your work environment, among other benefits?

It’s becoming more and more obvious to health professionals that when we THINK positively and LIVE our lives in a positive way that our immune systems are strengthened and they say even cancer can be held at bay or eliminated!

Gym memberships… No time? No money? No problem!

No money for a gym membership? Can’t get to the gym in time before it closes? Can’t afford a babysitter to look after the kids while you go look after yourself?

No problem!

Walking may be the best answer!

Walking is free, and can be done indoors or outdoors! It’s one of the best exercises and can be accommodated to various fitness levels by simply altering the speed, distance and the difficulty of the pathway.
