We can choose to see the negative and we can choose to see the positive; it’s what we choose to think and act on that makes all the difference in our lives!
When we focus on our negative thoughts, we see only negative outcomes.
When we choose to focus on our positive thoughts, it’s like the blinders come off and suddenly we see far more opportunities and possibilities which we were blind to before!
Every day is a new opportunity to start fresh!
Don’t mourn for lost days or years, don’t belittle yourself for not starting sooner… those actions belong in the negative thought zone!
Praise yourself for starting!
Speak kindly to yourself, for you’re so awesome for realizing you can choose to start a brand new pattern of thinking, where you see yourself positively and lovingly!
