Our thought negative or positive are in our power to choose, even if you feel locked into thinking negative thoughts about yourself.

Making the change isn’t as easy as simply deciding to “think positive”, but will take persistence.

Trust me, it takes effort.

It doesn’t feel natural to speak positive words to ourselves when we’re accustomed to speaking meanly.

When I decided to teach myself to think positively about myself, It was an uphill struggle with a lot of falling down into the pit of despair.

I kept persisting.

I was sick and tired of feeling anxious and depressed. I desperately wanted to feel better.

So I kept trying.

Slowly, ever so slowly I was able to gradually teach myself to feel better about myself by speaking positive thoughts.

The power of thought is a real thing.

We already know the destructive power of negative thoughts, so why not give positive thoughts a chance?
