If an egg is broken by outside force, life ends. If broken by inside force, life begins. Great things always begin from inside.
Great things always begin from inside.
Changing any habits or lifestyles work best when we’re the one deciding and implementing those new things.
We all have the power to make those changes, even when we’re currently feeling terrible at it.
Sometime we need keep practicing to develop the inner strength we need. Sometimes we need to enlist the help of others while we discover and develop this inner strength.
You have what it takes, you just need more time!

True! When we ourselves can accept the changes that need to be done, our hearts feel lighter than when it is imposed upon us. We’re more likely to search out help in order to be able to lean into the work!

Thanks for this thought! So true. Everyone needs the time it takes to make a change, and it is different for everyone. And that is absolutely ok.

Right?! Absolutely true! I’ve had people trying to impose changes upon me or force me to within a certain timeline, and it just doesn’t work! Yes, it may be obvious to someone else what we need to do, but when we’re the ones doing the inner work, there’s often many minute steps that are invisible to someone else, but very difficult for us to accomplish! I say Bravo to each of us who works on our inner selves!
