
Hate has 4 letters, so does Love.
Enemies has 7 letters, so does Friends.
Lying has 5 letters, so does Truth.
Negative has 8 letters, so does Positive.
Under has 5 letters, so does Above.
Cry has 3 letters, so does Joy.
Anger has 5 letters, so does Happy.
Right has 5 letters, so does Wrong.
Hurt has 4 letters, so does Heal.
It means life is like a double edged sword… So transform every negative side into an aura of positivity… We choose the better side of life.
Our words matter… our thoughts matter… choose the positive ones!
Flipping the script and choosing to see the positive in a negative situation takes a little practice, but leads to more peace, more enjoyment, less stress, less arguments, less anxiety!
Practice catching yourself just before you allow the negative comment to escape from your mouth towards someone else, and the negative thought towards yourself!
When I learned to practice this skill, I accomplished a lot of things, over time: I became less anxious and depressed, I felt better about myself, I wasn’t attracting negative people towards me because I wasn’t feeding into their negativity and they moved on to someone who would reflect back to them what they were putting out!
Our words matter! Choose to be gentle and kind towards yourself and to others… I’m sure you’ll feel a lot better!
