Everything can change in an instant.

I’ve had both positive and negative things come into my life in an instant. I’ve learned not to start to feel hopeless when something is very difficult, but to be patient for the right moment to change things.

Everything we do has this potential, we can’t always tell when it’s happening; sometimes it only makes itself apparent when we can see it through the lens of the past.

Everything we do has the power to change not only our future but the future for many.

I believe in always striving to do my best, to be as gentle as I am able to be, to be resilient and keep my moral compass pointed towards positivity and integrity, for I don’t wish to have regrets if things should change in an instant.

This isn’t easy to do, it’s challenging to strive to live in a positive way when there’s so much negativity to distract us, but if we pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off and keep going, we can see changes for the positive happening.

Keep going! Keep doing good!
