We underestimate our value in this world, we have been taught our value is tied to how much we earn, our level we achieve in our communities and many other indicators of “success”, so we overlook the soft skills which make people feel loved, appreciated, cared for, supported, and seen!
These soft skills are what motivates us to do the little things for others which make such an impact on people’s spirits!
Our actions matter more than we realize, especially the little things!
