It is safe to ask for help!

“It is safe to ask for help!”

We don’t have to do it all, and we don’t have to do it all by ourselves!

It’s okay to ask for help.

Our mental health depends on us learning what our limits are before we blast through them and need recuperation time!

Photo and quote by Tamara Kulish

It’s not necessary to actually burst through our limits to know what they are.

We can pay attention to the signs along the way before we hit a crisis point.

Unfortunately for most of us, we’re not giving ourselves permission to respect our limits until it’s forced upon us to do so.

This is a good time to listen to the signals our bodies and minds send us, and to learn to honor our limits!

It is safe to ask for help!

  1. Very true, no matter how slow or anything it looks like. we do need to understand and honor our limits. The Universe supports and help becomes available when we ask for it. For a long time I used to believe I had to do it all alone. What a big difference to not do that.

    1. Right?! I myself was so afraid of being judged harshly if I couldn’t do it all by myself but what I came to realize was that I was being judged anyway! S why not choose easier terms for myself?!
