
Our current situation will finish. We don’t know when, but it will end.
Hang in. Reach out if you’re struggling with depression. You’re not alone in feeling how you are right now. Isolation plays tricks with our minds.
It’s important to keep speaking encouraging thoughts to ourselves, to help stave off and overcome those lying thoughts.
I say lying thoughts. Those negative thoughts aren’t true. They’re anxiety and depression playing with your Amygdala and trying to thrust you down a rabbit hole of depression you just don’t belong in!
Focus on doing something you enjoy doing. leave tomorrow’s worries for a future time to deal with.
Most of what we worry about never happens. Even if you’re 100% right, there’s absolutely nothing you can do for yourself by focusing on the negatives and spiraling downwards.
If you need to speak with your bank, your employer, your landlord, the car company, etc, do it. We’re all in an unsure time, so they’ll be more likely willing to help you at this time than not. Our governments are doing their best to help individuals and businesses get through this time.
You are very loved and cherished. God and the universe sees you and is working things out behind the scenes for you.
Keep doing your part! You can do this! Keep going! Even baby steps are something!
