We’re all going through a very difficult time right now, and my way of handing it is really an extension of how I learned to approach my life: focusing on positive messaging.
Having gone from living a life struggling with anxiety and depression, to teaching myself to heal and as a result to become a genuinely happy person, I’m continuing the same approach in my life to maintain a sense of calm and peace in a very uncertain time.
The physical results of my past led my physical health to suffer to the point that I suffered with Chronic Shingles for 10 years, and so now I’m immune compromised. I’ve focused on self care to strengthen my immune system, to help my mental health switch from focusing on the negative to become a positive person, which in turn helps maintain a stronger immune system.
In my books I share my lessons, while my blog focuses on sharing positive messages.
Many of my blog posts focus on a positive meme, and if you choose you can stop there, or if you wish a little more positivity, I share some thoughts related to the meme.
I write for myself, to continue focusing on the positive, and I write for each of you to share this with you so you may feel hope and more positive too!

I haven’t participated in this challenge for a couple of years, but figure that with the world stressed out or sick, this would be a good time to share inspirational posts with a wider audience. At the very least, it will help me through this strange time.
