Be gentle with yourself and those around you, because nerves have frayed, patience is thin and negative feelings are harder to keep at bay!
Keep journaling your feelings and insert positive thoughts into your paragraphs, for writing positive thoughts and quotes helps our minds to re-align to feel positive and hopeful! I know, because when I write positive messages each day for each of you, I feel better for it!
