Better times are coming, we need to just get through this time. We’re going to all get back up, we’re all going to experience better times than what we’re living right now.

Hang in! If you aren’t feeling very positive right now, just practice suspending the negative thoughts.

If you need help, reach out and ask for it withing your family, your community, even your doctor. Don’t try to struggle through dark thoughts by yourself!

I don’t want to fall down the rabbit hole of despair and anxiety, and neither do you!

We can do this! We’re made of stronger stuff than we realize! We’re going to get past all of this!

Even if I don’t trust certain leaders or certain people, I believe in the collective good of humanity. I believe that good can come from even the darkest times.

Stay the course! Keep going!
