
Kindness doesn’t just help someone else to become strong, it helps us do the same too.
Even when we feel very weak, we can still be strong. Sound wrong?
It’s true, for even if all we can manage is to hang in, to take mini-baby steps, we’re still being strong!
Don’t compare yourself to what anyone else is doing, or what you think they’re doing, or what they want you to think they’re doing, for we’re all struggling to breathe, to continue to stay the course.
We’re all human. The struggle is real right now, so don’t get down on yourself if you don’t feel you’re “performing” well. Life isn’t a performance for others.
Hang in! Stay the course! We’re getting through this together!
