The 10-3-2-1-0 Productivity trick that sets you up for a great day!
I found this great tip in an article on Muse… Here’s the basic idea:
- 10 hours before bed: No more caffeine
- 3 hours before bed: No more food or alcohol
- 2 hours before bed: No more work
- 1 hour before bed: No more screen time
- 0: The number of times you hit the snooze button in the morning

Author’s note after trying this: I do my best to follow this but to be honest, my phone is in bed with me as I relax and watch TV or movies! I probably should be more tough on myself, but at least I don’t hit the snooze button!
I’ve found that I’m less groggy when I don’t hit it! Surprised? I was too! Try it!
