“Positive thinking must be followed by positive doing.” – John C. Maxwell
There’s a saying: “The road to hell is paved with good intentions!” which can sound very harsh, but if we choose to interpret hell as being a state of mind we stay in unless we make necessary changes, it can help us to find our inner strength to do so.
Remember, that baby steps are still steps which bring us forward!
Don’t stress about not feeling able to reach the expectations you may set for your inner schedule you want for yourself.

We really can’t schedule our minds and hearts to proceed at a faster pace than what we are ready.
Not achieving arbitrary goalposts don’t constitute a failure!
Going slowly doesn’t constitute failure!
Going slowly with major life changes is actually more advisable, because it gives us a chance to mentally and emotionally adapt and make them permanent.
Sometimes what we think is failure is actually exactly what we need to be doing!
Keep going! Keep moving forward, even if it’s happening slower than planned or expected!

I agree with you absolutely, as always very happy to read this 😊 It took me some time to realize that I simply need more time to digest how I process life, and give myself permission to go with my pace. I think this is the best way of positive thinking.

Going slow doesn’t constitute failure ! Very true. Baby steps are so important.
And I totally agree with Positive thinking has to be followed by positive doing. Otherwise, the necessary changes in life are never realised. And I guess that becomes a hell of sorts
