
Find Joy in your Journey!
Joy! It’s only impossible if we shut it out!
Why would we do that?
I used to be very leery of Joy when I thought that I was a loser and cursed to have only bad things happen in my life.
I was afraid to feel joy.
I was afraid that if I allowed myself to feel joy, that it would be snatched away and I’d have to face a new bad thing too soon!
That was before I learned that the Universe actually loves me an wasn’t out to punish me! When I learned that marvelous truth it changed so much in my mind!
When I learned that truth I also learned of the abundance in the universe and that the universe wanted it for me.
I also learned this is true for each of us!
Knowing these truths helped me to heal, helped me to deal with my anxiety and bouts of depression. Once I worked on my healing, my anxiety and my depression, my mind was able to feel confident that I have the skills and abilities to deal with the bad times, because I knew that the universe wasn’t punishing me, but would help me through each situation!
Joy is a gift we give ourselves! We can allow ourselves to feel joy, knowing we are truly loved and the universe is conspiring to help us through even the bad things by sending us teachers, and help to work it out!
