Anxiety tells us that we’re not doing something right or not doing the right thing.

Anxiety tells us that it may not be our time to do something or to achieve something.

Anxiety is fear, and anxiety isn’t true. These are emotions and emotions can be changed.

Anxiety doesn’t have to rule us or decide the outcome for us. We get to do that.

Anxiety departs when we speak softly and kindly to ourselves.

Speak gentle words, repeat those words often! This will soothe the anxiety and allow it to quietly leave.

Affirmation: “I am in the right place at the right time, doing the right thing.”
