It really just takes a little change each day to make a big change in our lives!

I know this may sound counter-intuitive if you feel you’re wanting to make some major changes!

Trying to make major overhauls too rapidly can actually backfire on us, leaving us feeling terrible mentally, and unsure after if we can even do it.

Yes, you will be able to! The trick is to just take it easy on yourself, and work on making small changes each day.

You don’t need to incorporate a new change each day, it’s okay to keep mindfully trying one new thing for a few days until you feel comfortable with it, then add a new thing.

With each little victory we gain confidence to keep trying, to keep changing!

This way makes changes do-able!

You can do this!

    1. 🥰 thank you so much! When I was going through the worst of my healing journey, I could only handle a tiny little bit at once! I kept at it though! Bit by bit I became stronger and healthier. I can only share what I know!
