The present moment is the only moment available to us, and it is the door to all moments.

As we start the week, let’s leave worries and fears aside, for those don’t help us to accomplish our goals, but only rob us of energy and positivity.

If you start to feel anxious, slow down, focus on the present moment.

Focus on your breathing. Breathe deeply and slowly. Keep doing this until you feel better.

You are capable of more than you realize, and when you are calm and focused, your mind is able to handle more than when you feel anxious.
