Moving on… a popular concept which sounds easy, but harder to put into practice, isn’t it?
How do we move on when we have no idea how to actually do it? How do we do it when the emotions keep pulling us back into it, with so many reminders each day?
How do we do that? “Start with something easier… like not going back.”
Not going back physically, mentally and emotionally… when you do, gently lead yourself back to the present moment.
Gently remind yourself that the present moment is what is real, it’s what is manageable, what you need to manage.
Manage the present moment. Then the next, and the next.
You can do this!
