How many of us carry the hurts through our lives, feeling the pain each time a memory is relived, struggling with the hurts and memories of betrayals or abuse?

We don’t need to continue to do that!

We each have an opportunity to move into a healing, nourishing phase of our lives, where we can actively work on building up our spirits where previously we had been torn down.

We don’t need to wait on anyone else in order to start on this healing path!

We each have the capacity to heal and to take charge of our healing, even if it doesn’t feel like we have the strength to do so, for we discover and develop our skills as we go along!

You can do this!
