Acceptance of what is… Giving ourselves grace… allowing ourselves to just be, without self-recrimination… these are all wonderful gifts we give to ourselves!

Accepting ourselves as a work in progress, that we’re human and make our mistakes for sure, but we learn and grow!

Accepting our lives as being perfectly imperfect, that we’re exactly where we need to be at this time, to facilitate us doing what we need to do!

Try this for one day! Give yourself ONE day of living with your approval!

Who knows? You may enjoy it so much that you’ll add another day! Perhaps even another after that!

If you have an off day, when you forget to do all these wonderful things? Not to worry! There’s a whole brand new day the very next day!
