By resisting anger, you rewire your brain to be calmer and more loving!

It’s not just about impulse control; by resisting anger we rewire our brains! Exciting isn’t it?

Conversely, by giving into anger, we reinforce that neural pathway so it becomes an automatic go-to!

This is a basic building block of healing our minds and spirits!

Instead of responding with anger, try to get more facts to understand the bigger picture, for it is through understanding that we develop the ability to navigate life in a more positive way!!
