I’m happy to let you know that my newest Guided Journal is available for getting the New Year off on the right foot!

Mindfully keeping track of the things which bring us Joy help us to see the many small things which can add up to a more positive outlook!

The act of mindfully writing has been proven to help us to commit things to our long-term memory, instead of it remaining in short-term memory only long enough to be purged by new incoming experiences!

It’s easy at times to notice little moments of joy and what has made us smile… however, it’s also easy to later have those moments overshadowed by negatives which pop up.

This Guided Journal has plenty of space for recording those fleeting moments which can easily be overlooked in the stress of the day!

We can teach ourselves to see and to appreciate more positives which helps us to feel better about handling our lives!
