“How may I serve you?”

If you say with kindness in your voice and your heart, “How may I serve you?” the universe’s response will be “How may I serve you as well?” – Dr. Wayne Dyer

A life of service – what does that mean? Being a domestic? Being a restaurant worker? Being low paid and not having respect? Being in the military? Being a nurse? Being in a religious order?

There are a myriad of ways to interpret what a life of service means, and there are no wrong answers.

With respect to this quote by Dr. Wayne Dyer, he speaks of our life mission, or how we align our actions to serve the greater good.

There are many ways we can serve, they are all important and very needed.

At this time when tempers are shorter and violence seems to be the answer, we need people who will build peace and build bridges, peaceful hearts serving a greater good.

At this time when many are suffering, we need people to lead others in helping to heal and to rebuild.

At this time when many are anxious and depressed, we need people who are positive and share hope and love.

There are many ways to serve! Becoming your best self by healing and growing in kindness to how you speak to yourself is a small but very impactful way to serve, because when we change, we react and respond differently to everything!
