No matter how advanced we think we are, it’s our actions which speak the truth, especially in times of difficulty.

There’s nothing wrong about that, it’s just a reality check which shows us where we actually are, and not where we think we are.

Emotional and spiritual maturity are developed through practice, not simply by reading a book or listening to an audio book.

Practice is hard because we can’t just spout lines we’ve heard, but need to dig deep to put into action what we learned.

That’s how it works. Falling short of where we wish to be in life emotionally isn’t the end of the world, for if we’re up for it, we can relearn the lesson and put it into practice at the next opportunity.

Every day is full of new opportunities. Every day is a brand new beginning.

These are truly difficult times and are testing everyone.

Keep going! Keep learning!
