How often do we allow someone else’s mood or words to influence our day?

We have the power to choose to be deeply affected by someone else, or we can hold onto our peaceful inner core and gently respond.

I know, I know! This is extremely challenging with some people! Maybe the answer then is to limit our time with them!

As much as we can love people, they can still drive us up a wall! If we’re in relationships where that happens frequently, limiting time with them may just be what’s needed!

After you’ve limited your time with the negative people, take an inner reading on how you feel!

Do you like you you feel? What do you need to do to sustain how you’re feeling?

Choose also to be around people who are positive and uplifting, as this will help you to learn to refocus your mind and thoughts!
