Share kind words! Say wonderful things to people!
As you share kind words with other people, don’t forget to extend the same kindness to yourself!
I have found that that the more I practiced suspending judgement towards myself, the less I spoke unkindly to myself, the more my own spirit was able to soar! The more I practiced being kind to myself, the better I felt about other people too!
Kind words to others and to ourselves lift us all up and help us feel loved, cared for and worthwhile!
