I used to think that I was cursed and the universe was trying to crush me because I was worthless, but those were lies my brain had internalized from years of criticism and abuse.

Our brains are very good at telling us lies! But those things aren’t true!

We can teach ourselves to speak kind words to our hearts! We can teach ourselves to see our value and worth!

You have a purpose for your life!

Follow your joy!

Find your inner purpose!!
