We pray and wish so fervently for what we want, for what we need, that our whole focus goes towards what hasn’t happened yet in the future.

Our continual forward focus can limit us from seeing all the wonderful things that the universe has already done for us!

Prayers of thanks for all the large and small miracles which have already happened help shift our hearts into feeling gratitude, which helps our bodies to produce good chemicals!

Isn’t it better for our bodies to produce those chemicals than Cortisol from being stressed?

Practice looking for tiny miracles! Practice looking for how things have worked out more perfectly than you could have hoped for! Practice looking for what is already working!

When we shift out focus, what we see changes!
