Comfort Cooking

Mental Health professionals are suggesting cooking and more specifically baking, as being 2 stress-busting activities, because not only are the activities calming, but the aromas help to remind us of better times and comfort us!

For folks who are new to the home cooking arena, here’s some links for tutorials, recipes and cooking inspiration!

    1. Lol! I guess everyone’s baking! I’ve seen some awesome Keto baking recipes posted, I’ll look for those and try posting links! These use nut flours, coconut flour (I don’t know if that’s Keto) as a base. They looked yummy but I never tried them!

I wonder if you could make a homemade pasta using nut flour and fry or bake instead of boiling in water?

If that’s possible, I see some great recipes coming out of folks kitchens!!
