Do small things with great love.
Small things can appear inconsequential, unimportant and therefore unworthy of spending much time or energy on them, but I’ve found that taking the time to do even a small thing well is very rewarding!
I learned this from the times of going through depression and not feeling capable of handling anything.
I’d push myself to do a small thing, and then feel better about myself for having accomplished something.
The more small things I was able to accomplish, the better I was feeling about myself.
The takeaway lesson I learned was to really think about doing little things well, even when I was feeling much better.
Little things are like drops in a bucket – they add up over time!
It’s not only the big things which deserve our attention, little things are very worthy too.
Do the little things with great love!

I agree with you – it is often the little things that become the most profound memories.
