BAD, AWFUL days: how do we get over them?
It’s amazing how after even years of healing and inner work, we can instantly be triggered to go spiraling down!
How do we get out of the negative mindset?
“Letting go” – to be able to follow your Joy, and the incredible focus it brings to life!!
Living mindfully isn’t enough if we aren’t also adding the secret element of joy, for that’s what brings us satisfaction!
I’ve written about following our joy in life, but purposefully choosing to do things which bring us joy really is the secret sauce to living a fulfilled life!
At the beginning of January this year Netflix started a brand new program called Tidying with Marie Kondo, which I was curious enough about to watch!
Wow! Marie has the whole concept of joy down to an art! Her area of expertise (tidying) has allowed her to observe that when people simplify their belongings and choose what brings them joy, then organize and display them, that the emotional benefits greatly impact their lives and their relationships by redefining what and how they choose to live!

Yet, once you jump in with both feet and land in that new place, whatever it may be for you, once there you may feel some little nagging feelings of uncertainty!

Peace of mind… so essential for good emotional, spiritual and physical health! We cultivate it by choosing positive thoughts!
Don’t try to “chase away” negative thoughts, rather choose positive messages and keep repeating those! Trust is those thoughts, feel good about them, and keep selecting them when things don’t appear to go well in life!
I used to be a worrier, trying to anticipate everything before it happened and trying to prepare myself for everything! I didn’t have peace of mind! My mind was trying too hard to control every outcome by thinking of every possible outcome.
How to stop being Manipulated!

One word. Fear.
