Removing Inner Blocks Journal!
I’m excited to let you know about the new release of the “Removing Inner Blocks” Journal, the newest to my growing list of focused journals designed as tools to help you resolve life issues!
When we’ve gone through emotional and/or physical traumas, the internal damage can deeply affect us and act as barriers to our forward advancement or work against us subconsciously to sabotage our efforts, in spite of strong efforts in the beginning.

By asking guided questions, it becomes more than a dumping ground!

Creating to-do lists… a productivity tool or a waste of time?
Most highly productive people rely heavily in lists or a system of Post-it Notes to keep track of many, many items which need doing.
If you’re like me and tend to misplace notes or don’t like the chore of writing everything down by hand, you may be happy to hear a new trick!
What Was My Writing Plan When I Wrote “How to Heal Your Life” Book?
LOL! Ah, plans! Yes, I’ve spoken with people who “know all about writing, and how to create an amazing plan”! They’ve done their best to condescend to me, tell me how it “should be done”… Yet they haven’t actually sat down and started writing their book! Sigh!
