I used to scoff at the thought that my thoughts could change my life. It seemed ludicrous that by changing my thoughts I could actually change my life.
That all changed when I started to do some deep inner work to learn how to change negative self thoughts into positive ones.
As I learned to release each negative thought and worked through the issues which had created them, I gently introduced positive ones.
I was really astounded at the enormous difference it made in my life.

Previously I saw myself as a loser, a failure, and a victim to all the difficult things which came into my life.
After doing the tough inner work I discovered a new way of thinking, where I love who I am, I see life as opportunities for good things to happen and when difficulties do come up, I’m not perceiving them as personal attacks, but just the normal ups and downs of life.

Louise Hay’s work is such groundbreaking transformative in the field of healing and affirmations. I have learned so much from her. Even now after so much inner work, I am stunned to find out that it is only my thoughts that create most inflictions on my health and well-being. And so it feels only natural to believe that we do have the power to heal ourselves. Even if it doesn’t often feel easy, we can consciously bring the change.
