We’re all a work in progress! We’re all living this life, some are growing and changing now, while for others it will happen later, or perhaps it has already happened. No matter what someone else has done or will do, all we can focus on are our own actions!
Right now, many are in a state of flux, either having made inner realizations and wishing to change, or their lives have forced them to re-invent themselves.
Whichever your personal reason for change, choose to follow your joy, do what is for your highest good, choose what will make you proud of your choices!

You are holding a cup of coffee when someone comes along and bumps into you or shakes your arm, making you spill your coffee everywhere.
Why did you spill the coffee? ☕️
“Because someone bumped into me!!!”
Wrong answer.
You spilled the coffee because there was coffee in your cup.
Had there been tea in the cup, you would have spilled tea.
*Whatever is inside the cup is what will spill out.*
Therefore, when life comes along and shakes you (which WILL happen), whatever is inside you will come out. It’s easy to fake it, until you get rattled.
*So we have to ask ourselves… “what’s in my cup?”*
When life gets tough, what spills over?
Joy, gratefulness, peace and humility?
Anger, bitterness, harsh words and reactions?
Life provides the cup, YOU choose how to fill it.
Today let’s work towards filling our cups with gratitude, forgiveness, joy, words of affirmation; and kindness, gentleness and love for others.

This is a short post, but the wisom in it is profound. I have to admit, though I try hard to fill my heart with joy, peace, love, and gratitude, it does not come easily or often enough. But every day is a new chance to fill the cup with the blessings of these thoughts and heart-felt emotions. As far as I’m concerned, there is no other reason to get out of bed.

What we’re going through now is really tough but without hope for the future many are struggling. I’m trying to do my part to sow seeds of hope so people will find the inner strength to rally! We’re going to rally! I’m going to be one one the cheerleaders encouraging folks!
